Warmup (No Measure)

1-2 Sets:

1:00 Ski

5 Strict Pullups

10 Sumo Squats

15 Banded Good Mornings

20 Plate Hops


Hang Power Clean (EMOM 10 x 2)

Every Minute on the Minute for 10 minutes:

Perform 2 Hang Power Cleans.

*Build in weight each set if possible.

**Work up to approximately a 8.5/10 RPE.


Metcon (Time)

With a Partner, Partitioning Reps as Desired, Complete 3 Sets For Time:

30 Front Squats (95/65)

120 Double Unders

30 Pull Ups
