-Rope Climbs (Seated to Standing Rope Climbs)

-Agility Ladder

Metcon

Metcon (3 Rounds for reps)

Complete 3 Rounds of: 3 Minutes of Work, 1 Minute of Rest:

3 Burpees

6 Ring Rows

9 Box Jumps
