Bench Press (5 x 5 – (Building))

5 Wide Grip Bench Press @ 6/10 RPE

5 Wide Grip Bench Press @ 6/10 RPE

5 Wide Grip Bench Press @ 6/10 RPE

5 Wide Grip Bench Press @ 7/10 RPE

5 Wide Grip Bench Press @ 7/10 RPE

*10 Lat Pull Down after each set.
