4 Sets (16 Minutes)

Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM):

Minute 1 – 20 Walking Lunges

Minute 2 – 5 Power Cleans

Minute 3 – :45 Second Run

Minute 4 – 15 Hanging Leg Raises


Shoulder Press (6 Sets x 4 Reps)
