Minute 3 – Russian Baby Makers x 10 reps

Minute 4 – Static Hang x 30-45 seconds


Metcon (Time)

With a partner, alternating movements, complete 16 Total rounds of:

5 Deadlift (225/155)

8 Dumbbell Bench Press (50/35)

13 Calorie SkiErg

*32 Minute Time Cap
