Set 1: 7x @ 50%-60% of 1-RM

Set 3: 3x @ 80%-90% of 1-RM
*Make sure you get a good warmup for 20.3, this is a short workout but ALOT of reps of pretty heavy deadlifts, if you need extra time to warmup your back/legs/shoulders make sure you take it!
