Rest 90 seconds
Weighted Pull-Ups x 6 reps (do not need to be unbroken)
Rest 90 seconds
Weighted Pull-ups (6,6,6,6)
Metcon

3 Rounds for time of:
24 Wallballs (20/14)
12 Pullups
This should be a sprint, try to knock out big sets…even unbroken.
