Every 90 seconds, for five sets of:

Snatch x 1.1.1

(rest 10 seconds between singles)

***can be Squat or Power Snatch…but do the same movement for every rep.

In teams of two, partners alternate full rounds to complete 5 rounds each of:

20 Kettlebell Swings (53/35)

10 Ring Dips
