Every 90 seconds, for 16 minutes (10 rounds) complete 1 rep to build to a Heavy 1-Rep.

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

4 Ground to Overhead (155/105 lbs)

8 Pull-Ups
Rx+

Ground to Overhead (185/125 lbs)

Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

*G2O should be heavier than normal.
