Strict Supinated-Grip Pull-Ups x 8 reps

Rest 2 minutes

*2 or 3 per squat rack/pullup bar.

Back Squat x 2-3 reps @ 30X1

Metcon

Metcon (4 Rounds for reps)

Four sets for max reps of squat cleans against a 2-minute running clock, with 2 minutes of rest between sets:
