*Teammate 1 starts on the rower, Teammate 2 begins rowing when teammate 1 has moved on to the Power Cleans.
*Teammates may not move on to the next station until the teammate ahead of them has completed it and moved on.
**Score is the total time for all three team members to complete 3 full rounds. (When teammate 3 finishes the 3rd set of lunges)
