10 Overhead Walking Lunges (95/65 lbs)

30 Double-Unders
*Power snatch (no squat snatch)

*GOOD FORM on OH lunges

*Mods for OH lunges (OH Plate lunges, Front Rack Lunges, Unweighted Lunges)
